Why do the Koch brothers want to end public education?

The Radical Republicans are trying to undo the Civil Rights Law. Even more dangerous to America's Future, they are trying to destroy the Public School education. They want to be sure that education is as unequal as they can make it. They want to make all children poorly educated except their own.
